Halfway Normal

We have a nice roof at our house, Afzal knows how to play Afghan music, and it was a Friday night. That spells P-A-R-T-Y Afghan style!!! Woohoo.

It really was a pretty nice night--not sure the last time that I had a carpet on the roof, but somehow it seemed like the right thing to do.

All in all, seemed like a pretty normal night, in a place that is mostly abnormal.
