Riverfront

This is the riverfront of the Kabul River. You can barely see the river on the right hand side (it is nearly dry during the summer). Along the river are a number of kiosks, which provide a variety of stuff to Kabul citizens. In the foreground are a number of shops--many shops use their roofs for storage, which explains the variety of bags, tires, and stuff on the roofs.
