Ok, there are some things here that are so incongruous, so weird, that they defy description. I have no idea why these kids are wearing Halloween masks in a country that never heard of Halloween. But there they are, showing up one day in the middle of a park, wearing their masks.
Anyway, Happy Halloween. Make sure to go to Paul O'Neill's house--he gives out full-sized Snickers.

Hey--I know those masks! I sold them in a yard sale 8 years ago!! Boy they have really held up well--what a bargain for a quarter!
