I Like Camels

I like camels. I don't know why. Yes they are nasty and spit and bite, and stink like a....camel. But there is something in their aura that makes them seems kind of dignified. Maybe it's because they just seem kind of goofy, but they are so dorky they are cool. (Ya, I guess it does seem a bit like me). Or maybe it's that Ray Stevens song--I think it was Ray Stevens--about Humphrey the Camel. I have been singing it ever since I got to Mazar-e-Sharif. "Let me tell ya about Humphrey the Camel, ambling across the sand...." Or better yet, let me show you some pictures of Rohulla the camel, ambling along the road.....
