Here is the story circulating with Afghans:

VP Biden was in town last week. He was having a meal with Karzai at the Presidential Palace. In the middle of the meal the lights went out.

So Karzai tries to apologize.

Biden says 'after $30 billion you can't keep the lights on in the President's office? +@"-_@ it!!!

And then he walked out.

Makes for a good story. I hope it's true.
