Here are some pictures of the mountains that I just spent a week looking at. Sadly, they weren't accessible to me--but maybe one day they will be. For now, I will just have to enjoy the pictures. (you can enlarge by clicking the pictures).

It's the kind of stark beauty I love about the high desert. Like Palm Springs, but without the casinos, shopping or gay bars.
