Farah or Athens...Who Knows

Where is the hell does Google think I am, Athens?  (This stuff below is Greek, right?)  Whiskey Tango Foxtrot dude.  Everytime I want to sign in, the page comes up with this stuff.

At the same time, seems like I now have a license to download all the free music in the world--if Google can't find me, no one can...
