I am taking a bit of time off from the hunt, and decided to drop by Oktoberfest in Munich to revive mind, body, and soul. It was everything that I had hoped for--huge containers of beer, great sausage, a little saurkraut, some pretzels, and a lot of friendly people. It was the State Fair with beer. It was also fun being there with Jami. She too likes the finer things in life (see above reference

It looks like an indoor Schweizerfest, but with more comfortable chairs and probably nicer bathrooms. The pretzels couldn't be better, could they?
